Detailed pool and spa inspection report prepared by a Certified Pool Operator
Review of permits, drawings and regulatory compliance requirements
Assessment based on City of Edmonton bylaws and applicable surrounding municipal regulations
Complete water chemistry analysis and documentation of readings
Visual inspection of pool equipment and operating systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, and automation components
Identification of deficiencies, safety concerns, and recommended corrective actions where applicable

Removal of existing filter media, including sand, DE, or cartridge media
Drain filter assembly of existing water
Open and inspect filter tank and internal components
Thorough cleaning of the filter tank and accessible internal components
Removal of old, contaminated, or degraded filter media
Installation of new filter media appropriate to the filter system
Reassembly of filter tank and components
Return filter system to normal operating condition
Prime and restart filtration system as required
Check for water leaks around tank, valves, fittings, unions, and connections
Verify proper filter operation and pressure
Identify any deficiencies, damaged components, or concerns observed during the procedure
Provide recommendations for repairs, replacement, or further maintenance where required
